**APY (Annual Percentage Yield) assumes interest remains on deposit; Fees or withdrawals may reduce earnings. We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest rate on your account. This method applied a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day. The above yields are subject to change without notice. The minimum balance to obtain the CD is $1,000 and a personal Baytree checking account product must be present or opened. The early penalty of withdrawal for the CD (certificate of deposit) account is bases on the term of the CD. A CD with a term of less than one year has a withdrawal penalty of three months, and a CD with a term greater than one year has a withdrawal penalty of 6 months regardless of the time left until maturity. After the account is opened, you may not make deposits into the CD or make withdrawals from the CD without penalty until the maturity date.
